I would to give my own review about the BPI’s Easy Saver Account.
It is their Savings Account without Maintaning Balance. (ibig sabihin kahit ma zero mo sya, wala kang penalty). Their offering it mostly for youth especially to students who wants to have a savings account but cannot afford the big monthly maintaining balance of some basic savings account. (like me, allowance lang naman meron ako). I’ve got mine almost 3 weeks ago and so far, I have no complaint about it, because it’s just like a normal atm account but has a service charge (PHP5, which is not too big-a-deal). So try to get one right now, cause having your money secured is very critical nowadays. Have fun!
The charges or fees for this type of savings account:
- PHP50 for the Express Teller Card.
- PHP5 for every successful withdraw in any BPI or BPI Family Branch. (another charge if you withdraw on other bank)
- PHP200 for initial deposit.
- PHP100 for withdrawing on a BPI Branch Teller.
For the Requirements, you’ll just need to bring 2 Valid ID, 1×1 picture and a Proof of Billing (e.g. Meralco, Maynilad, Manila Water, SkyCable) just for validating your address.
So what are you waiting for? Get one now and secure your money for one of the biggest banks in Philippines. (I do look like a salesman of their accounts, haha.) But seriously, with no maintaining balance, you don’t need to worry to zero your account in case of emergencies or in any situation.
Have Fun! Bye!
